Miss Emma Hollick

Miss Hollick is an internationally recognised ophthalmic surgeon based in London. She is an NHS consultant at King’s College Hospital, London, a prestigious university teaching hospital, where she leads a large corneal service. She has a strong interest in cataract surgery and has performed research into intraocular lens implants. She is recognised as an exceptional surgeon with a complication rate well below the national average. She has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals.
Miss Hollick qualified from Oxford University in 1992 and trained in Ophthalmology at the world-renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital. She gained her research MD at St Thomas’ Hospital, London. In 2004 she joined King’s College Hospital as a Consultant Ophthalmic surgeon.
Cornea: modern corneal transplant surgery (lamellar surgery and descemet’s membrane endothelial keratoplasty), keratoconus, pterygium, dry eye, allergic eye disease.
